Your DFW DataVault Account Online
Use your DFW DataVault account online to view your account information and details about your backup destinations and backing up to DFW DataVault Central.

My Profile
Use the options on the My Profile tab to view and change log in details. This tab also contains links for viewing payment history and changing your password.
| Item | Description |

| Name | Your first and last name. |
| Your email address. | |
| Change Password | Link to change your password. Keep in mind you will need to enter your current password to make the change. |
| Subscribe | Link to subscribe to DFW DataVault if you want to use it as a destination. |
My Computers
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Computer Name | Computer name is a link that displays for more specific details. |
Computer details
When you click a computer name link you see these details about that computer.
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Config | Displays online version of the Settings tab, showing your backup selections and a summary of your General and Advanced preferences for this computer. |
| Computer Name | Name of current computer. You can to change the name of the selected computer. |
| Friends allowed to backup… | List of friends that are allowed to back up to this computer. |
| Checked - Currently allowed to back up to this computer. | |
| Unchecked - Computers you have not yet granted permission to back up. | |
| Available Backup Destinations | Summary of the available backup destinations for this computer. |
Friend details
When you click a friend name link you see these details about that friend.

| a | Nickname | Friend's nickname. You can change your friend’s name to make it easier to identify. |
| b | Friend's email address. | |
| c | My computers available to… | List of your computers that are available as a destination for this friend. |
| d | Allow | Checked - computer to which this friend can back up. Unchecked - computer to which this friend cannot back up. |
| e | Computer Name | Name of computer available to this friend. |
| f | Friend's computers available to you… | List of this friend’s computers available to you as a backup destination. |
| g | Computer Name | Name of this friend’s computers available to you as a backup destination. You can change the name of your friend’s computer. |
| h | Cancel | Exit this screen without saving changes. |
| i | Save | Apply changes. Click Sign Off to leave My Account and return to Sign In page. |
DFW DataVault
Displays information about computers backing up to DFW DataVault. From here you can also restore files that you have backed up to DFW DataVault. If you are using DFW DataVault on a trial basis, you will also see the number of days remaining in your trial.

| e | Last Connected | Date of last time this computer connected to DFW DataVault. |
| f | Last Known IP | IP address of this computer. |
| g | Restore Data | Link to restore from DFW DataVault. |
